MWC is a local Chartered Professional Accounting firm that provides valued service to businesses, not-for-profit organizations, and government bodies in and around Saskatchewan and Alberta. MWC originally began as Mintz & Wallace in 1986 and underwent a name change in 2015.

Todd obtained his Bachelor of Administration designation from the University of Regina in 1990 and his CPA, CA professional designation in 1994 being admitted to Partnership in 1997 and appointed Managing Partner in 2007. Prior to joining MWC he articled at KPMG. (He has been featured twice in the University of Regina Alumni Magazine)

Todd has served on the Fees Review Committee, Convocation Committee and the Communications Committee with the Institute of Chartered Professional Accounts of Saskatchewan. Todd was also selected nationally by the Canadian Professional Accountants to be profiled across Canada in their December 2006 and February 2018 issues of the CPA Magazine.

Ian began his accounting career with Deloitte and become one of the founding partners of Mintz & Wallace with Todd’s father, Don Mintz in 1986.

Ian is a past participant in the Impact CA program which was developed by the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants to provide selected CAs the opportunity to meet with government officials to discuss current issues in accounting principles and practices.

Clint began his accounting career with MWC in 1995 as a student of the University of Regina Accounting Fellowship and Co-operative Education program. After obtaining his Chartered Accountancy designation in 2000, Clint became a partner of the firm in 2008.

As with his accounting career, where he went from co-op student to partner, Clint did the same thing with his involvement with the Regina Police Community Band.

Carolyn Duncan

Manager Trusts and Estates

Carolyn is a graduate of SIAST with an Accountancy Diploma and has been a member of the MWC Team since 2005. Since that time she has gone on to be a leader in taxation, both personal and corporate, and in the audit field, with a speciality in uncommon situations. Carolyn has an eye for detail, which makes her ideal for quality control.

Carolyn served on the Board of Directors for Hunger in Moose Jaw for several years. Carolyn loves to spend her free time travelling and camping with her husband and three children.

Jeanette Moore

Office Manager

Jeanette joined the MWC Team in February 2001 as the Director of First Impressions. She received her certificate in Office Education from SIAST in 1996. Jeanette has extensive experience as an administrative assistant. She is a valuable member of our Team as she keeps everyone organized and on task.

Jeanette’s interests include traveling, biking, walking and spending time with family and friends. Jeanette volunteered her time to Girl Guides and Scouts when her children were growing up and was Treasurer on the Board of Directors for the daycare her children attended. She is now a proud grandmother of two little boys.

Tammy Kuntz, CPA

Audit Manager

Tammy has been a member of the MWC Team since 2007. As a graduate of the accounting program at Saskatchewan Institute of Applied Science and Technology (SIAST) she has used this education as a starting point in her accounting career. Since that time she has attended numerous training and information sessions provided by the Chartered Professional Accountants of Saskatchewan and Canada.

Tammy leads a large majority of the firm’s not-for-profit audits and has developed a strong understanding of the issues facing these organizations. In addition she has been a key contact for many of our tax and business clients as they can always rely on her to get them an answer to their questions.

Tammy’s interest revolves around raising her children. With all the time she spends at work we are amazed at how she does it.

Tammy Rupchan, CPA

Manager Corporate Engagements

Tammy obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Regina. She joined the MWC Team in September 2012 and received her CPA designation in February 2018.

Tammys focus with MWC is on the management of the firms review and tax engagements, particularly those relating to corporate groups. She is excited to work in this area and enjoys making valuable contributions to those businesses operations.

She is a fan of the Canadian Football League and loves to garden and read fiction in her free time.

Jonathan Kristoff, CPA

Senior Accountant

Jonathan joined the MWC Team in January of 2011 after graduating from SIAST and has completed his degree at the University of Regina. He successfully passed the CPA Common Final Examination in the fall of 2018.

He enjoys working with the wide variety of businesses and non-profit organizations that MWC serves.

Jonathan minored in history during his time in university, and he continues his interest in it today. He also enjoys classic movies and non-fiction novels.

Kyle Dudley

Senior Accountant

Kyle graduated from the University of Regina with a Bachelor of Business Administration in 2017. Upon graduation, he began working towards his CPA designation. Nearing the end of the program, he looks forward to applying the learning and experiences he has gained to his work.

Kyle provides both assurance and tax services to not for profit and private business in a variety of industries. He takes pride in his work and thoroughly enjoys problem-solving.

Kyle has a passion for travelling and loves all sports, particularly basketball. He enjoys craft beer and is the self-proclaimed office prankster.
