Clint Ceholski CPA, CA

Clint began his accounting career with MWC in 1995 as a student of the University of Regina Accounting Fellowship and Co-operative Education program. After obtaining his Chartered Accountancy designation in 2000, Clint became a partner of the firm in 2008.

As with his accounting career, where he went from co-op student to partner, Clint did the same thing with his involvement with the Regina Police Community Band.He started as saxophone player and went on to become the Executive Director of the association for 8 years. Clint believes his time working with the association that has allowed him to fully understand audits from the client’s perspective. He continues to use this experience to this day as Clint oversees most the firm’s assurance engagements.

In addition to financial statement engagements, Clint has developed an extensive interest in corporate and personal taxation. One of the ways Clint stays on top of new and emerging changes in the tax world, and its impact on private businesses and individuals, is through attending the week-long tax training course hosted by CPA Canada.

To quote another Clint (Clint Eastwood) “a man’s got to know his limitations.” Clint believes this applies to accountants in public practice as well. If MWC doesn’t have what you need, MWC will connect you with those that do. This practice has led to the development of strong relationships with tax lawyers, insurance brokers, bankers and other business service providers.

When Clint isn’t at the office, he is usually traveling with his RV travel trailer (talk to Clint if you’d like advice on the best vehicle and trailer dealers in town – hint; both are clients of MWC).
